A trusting relationship between coachee and coach is a prerequisite for successful life coaching particularly because it allows to address delicate subjects.

You will have to find out for yourself if the chemistry between you and your coach is right. The following paragraphs should give you an idea of what characterizes me as a coach.

Coaching competence

As trained Psychosocial Coach („Akademischer Psychosozialer Berater“1), I have enjoyed a theoretically sound and practice-oriented formation of 5 semesters in all domains of psychosocial life coaching.

This degree was supplemented by different internships and a Master thesis dealing with education policy confronting the emotional situations and motivations of young adults coming back to school or apprenticeship.

Work and life experience

  • a succesful career in Austrian and European school systems, as teacher, coordinator, administrator and headmaster of a small, tradition-conscious school and a very large, international school, finally as Deputy Secretary-General of the European School system,
  • an over 40 year long experience of marriage,
  • four children raised bilingually.
1 The authorization to work as Life and Social Coach („Lebens- und Sozialberater“) in Austria is conditioned on the completion of the postgraduate degree „Psychosoziale Beratung/Lebens- und Sozialberatung“ and the obtention of a licence, for which the formal requirements for working as a Life Coach are checked.
